The ZONESUN ZS-VMB200L is a 200L vacuum homogenizing emulsifier mixer tank designed for efficient mixing, emulsification, heating, cooling, and deaeration of high-viscosity materials. Featuring a wall-scraping frame agitator, high-speed homogenizer, jacketed heating/cooling system, and vacuum function, it delivers smooth, bubble-free, uniform emulsions for demanding production requirements.

Built with an SUS316 inner layer and SUS304 middle and outer layers, the ZS-VMB200L is widely used for producing sauces, creams, lotions, ointments, and other emulsions in food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries. Tank capacity is customizable based on production requirements.
