Description
The ZONESUN ZS-XG1870S is a desktop automatic capping machine designed for spray bottles. Running at 15–20 bottles per minute, it streamlines cap picking, placing, positioning, and tightening in one process. A pneumatic suction system ensures precise cap handling, while the positioning structure prevents misalignment from long spray tubes. With a vibratory bowl feeder, it delivers continuous cap supply without manual input. Compact yet efficient, it is ideal for hair oil, mosquito repellent, and cleaning sprays, making it a reliable choice for small to medium-scale production lines.
