The Zonesun ZS‑FS007U Automatic Plastic Tube Filling and Sealing Monoblock is a high‑precision, high‑efficiency solution for packaging creams, gels, and other paste‑type products into plastic or composite soft tubes. Featuring a responsive touch‑screen control panel, all working parameters can be set directly for quick, intuitive operation. The precision cam system synchronizes each station, achieving speeds of 30–50 tubes per minute. A diving filling nozzle inserts directly into the tube to prevent material from coating the walls, ensuring a clean fill. The adjustable heating structure maintains consistent sealing height, while the integrated sealing and cutting unit can emboss production dates or batch numbers using letter molds. Designed for accuracy, reliability, and ease of use, it’s ideal for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and personal care production lines.
