DESCRIPTION
The ZONESUN ZS-LP250 Automatic Bottle Sorting Turntable is designed to efficiently organize and feed round and square plastic bottles into the production line. Bottles are delivered to the rotating unscrambling disc, where centrifugal force guides them into wheel grooves. A bottle holding device and hook bar work together to straighten and align each bottle before transferring them smoothly onto the conveyor. This machine streamlines the bottle feeding process, reduces manual labor, and ensures consistent orientation for downstream operations in packaging lines.
