The ZONESUN ZS‑LP800 Automatic Bottle Unscrambler is designed to efficiently feed cylindrical containers into a production line. Its rotary turntable mechanism quickly orients and delivers bottles to downstream equipment, reducing manual handling and boosting throughput. Suitable for plastic, glass, or metal bottles, it integrates seamlessly at the front end of filling, capping, and labeling lines. Customizable turntable size and speed settings adapt to various bottle diameters and heights, making it ideal for food, beverage, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical packaging operations.
