Description
The ZONESUN ZS-YTZL500 is a semi-automatic vacuum liquid filling machine equipped with four pneumatic nozzles, designed for precise and hygienic filling of low-viscosity liquids such as perfume, essential oils, and beverages. Each nozzle features back suction and a liquid level line, allowing excess liquid to be drawn back into the tank, ensuring clean and accurate filling. The adjustable nozzle height accommodates bottles of varying sizes, while the electric eye sensor automates bottle detection and filling, reducing labor costs. A positioning plate helps stabilize bottles during operation, improving speed and consistency. Ideal for cosmetic, fragrance, and small-scale beverage production.
