The ZONESUN ZS‑GTL is a semi‑automatic heating paste filling machine with a 15 L or 30 L stainless‑steel hopper, designed for viscous products such as lip gloss, lipstick, creams, lotions, sauces, and wax‑based materials. Its internal compartment heating pipe uses a water‑bath system for even, gentle heating, with precise temperature control. For applications above 100 °C, thermal oil can be used to achieve higher heat stability. A heating block at the feed port prevents material solidification, ensuring smooth flow. The integrated mixing paddle maintains uniform texture, while the compact design and intuitive controls make it ideal for small‑scale production, cosmetics labs, and artisan workshops.
