DESCRIPTION

The ZONESUN ZS-WIM01 Automatic Induction Wad Inserting Machine is engineered for precise placement of induction seal wads into plastic bottle caps. Using a rotary indexer with a star wheel, it efficiently receives caps and closures, while a vacuum pick-and-place head transfers precut liners from the magazine into each cap. Suitable for both flat and conical caps, this machine ensures consistent, secure wad insertion, making it ideal for packaging lines in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and cosmetic industries.
