BLOW
This station uses heated molds to create sterile containers from a plastic film. The molds are precisely shaped to match the desired container size and shape.
FILL & SEAL
Thenozzles dispense the precise amount of product into the pre-formed containers. Then the heated jaws seal the filled containers, creating a hermetically sealed package. The entire filling and sealing process takes place within a sterile environment to prevent contamination.
CUT
The cutting station utilizes a high-precision cutting system to cleanly separate the individual containers from the film web. This ensures that each container maintains its intended shape and size.
