Description
The ZONESUN ZS-MB200LH is a stainless steel liquid and paste premixing and heating tank designed for preparing compatible liquid products before filling. It combines electric mixing, electric heating (6 kW), and thermometer-based temperature monitoring in a compact, mobile production unit for pre-fill material preparation.
The adjustable stirring system (40 r/min standard; customizable 0–80 r/min) provides flexible agitation for different processing requirements. The sponge-insulated tank body helps reduce heat loss and maintain stable material temperature during heating and mixing. A bottom-mounted 25 mm outlet enables controlled material discharge after mixing. The mobile frame with 3 heavy-duty swivel casters allows flexible repositioning within the production area. Tank is constructed from SUS 304 stainless steel (brushed finish, 2 mm wall thickness) for hygienic, food-grade material contact surfaces.
