The ZONESUN ZS‑AFC30 Dual‑System Paste & Liquid Filler‑Capper is a versatile packaging solution for layered small bottle filling. Equipped with two dedicated filling systems — a piston pump for viscous pastes and a peristaltic pump for liquids — it adapts seamlessly to diverse product types. Bottles are efficiently oriented by the unscrambler, then transferred via conveyor to a star wheel turntable that integrates filling, capping, and sealing in one streamlined process. A vibratory bowl feeder ensures accurate cap delivery, while the servo‑motor capping head applies a secure, consistent seal. Ideal for food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical industries seeking high precision and productivity in compact footprints.
