Description

The ZONESUN ZS-YTCR12A is an automatic 12-head filling machine specially designed for corrosive liquids such as detergents, bleach, disinfectants, toilet cleaners, and similar household or industrial chemicals. Running at up to 600 bottles per hour, it adopts a gravity direct flow filling method without a pump, ensuring stable and precise volume metering. Built with corrosion-resistant materials, it withstands harsh environments where caustic liquids and gases would damage standard machinery. With its multi-head design, customizable hopper, and conveyor integration, it provides reliable, efficient, and long-lasting performance for medium to large-scale production lines.

All product-contact components and key frame parts are constructed from non-metallic, anti-corrosive materials (such as PP, PVC, and nylon) or treated with specialized protective coatings to withstand aggressive acids, alkalis, and oxidizing agents. 

• Household Cleaning & Disinfection (Primary Application): Widely used for the automated inline filling of sodium hypochlorite bleach, 84 disinfectant, potent toilet bowl cleaners, drain openers, liquid plant fertilizers, and various highly concentrated liquid detergents (as shown in the images).
• Fine Chemicals & Reagents: Perfectly suited for packaging industries dealing with strong acids (e.g., diluted sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid), strong bases (e.g., sodium hydroxide solutions), electroplating solutions, etching liquids, and aggressive chemical reagents.
• Automotive Chemicals: Ideal for filling corrosive or irritating automotive fluids such as battery electrolyte top-offs, heavy-duty descalers, and specialized wheel cleaners.

Compatible Containers 

• Anti-Corrosive Plastic Bottles & Jugs: Universally compatible with standard round bottles, irregular bottles, and plastic jugs with handles (ranging from 500ml to 5L) made of HDPE, PET, or PP. It integrates seamlessly with downstream automatic capping machines and corrosion-resistant labeling systems.

CONTROL PANEL

Controls filling parameters via touchscreen while aligning nozzle and conveyor operation, enabling monitoring, fault alerts, and emergency stop for safety.

FILLING NOZZLES

Dispenses corrosive liquids with precision using vertical nozzles made of corrosion-resistant materials, minimizing splashing, leakage, and contamination.

LIFTING CYLINDER
