Description

The ZONESUN ZS-SWP4 is a fully automatic multicolor screen printing and hot stamping machine engineered for high-speed decoration of glass Bottles. Featuring a full-servo transmission system, rotary positioning module, flame treatment, and integrated UV curing, it enables seamless feeding, precise alignment, multi-angle printing, foil stamping, and automatic unloading with minimal manual intervention. Designed to handle cylindrical, tapered, oval, and irregularly shaped items—including cosmetic bottles, wine bottles, cups, mugs, jars, and personal care packaging—it delivers consistent, full-wrap decoration in a single pass at speeds of up to 3000 pieces per hour.
