Description
The ZONESUN ZS-NIC2 Ionized Air Rinser is designed to deliver immaculate bottle preparation in automated packaging lines. Using negative ions and compressed air, it effectively removes dust, particles, and static buildup prior to filling. Bottles are smoothly conveyed to the rinsing station, where sensors activate precision air-blasting heads that descend for a deep clean. Dislodged contaminants are collected by an integrated dust chamber. With flexible configurations and up to 2400 BPH throughput, it’s a perfect fit for hygiene-critical industries like beverages, pharmaceuticals, or cosmetics.
