The Zonesun ZS‑XG440Q Automatic Rotary Capper is a high‑speed, high‑precision solution for securing a wide range of bottle types and cap styles. Caps are lifted via an elevator to a bowl feeder, guided along a rail, and separated by an auger for smooth bottle handling. Three synchronized star wheels ensure precise operation: the first aligns caps with bottles, the second features an 8‑head rotary capping turret with three‑jaw grippers for accurate torque application, and the third performs capping inspection, automatically rejecting any bottles with faulty seals.
