Description

The Zonesun ZS‑XG445S Trigger Sprayer Feeding Machine is an automated, high‑precision solution for placing trigger sprayer caps onto pump bottles with dip tubes. A vibratory bowl feeder efficiently sorts and delivers caps, while a slide ensures smooth transfer to the capping area. A pneumatic gripper accurately picks and places each cap onto bottles arriving via the conveyor belt, and a straightening mechanism guides dip tubes into the bottle openings without bending or damage. This system ensures consistent, reliable cap placement and can be seamlessly integrated with filling, capping, and labeling machines for a complete packaging line.
