Description
The ZONESUN ZS-AFK180 is a fully automatic dual-head tracking vacuum capping machine designed for high-speed glass jars packaging lines. Operating at 55–60 bottles/min, it integrates cap sorting, cap placing, torque controlled tracking capping, mechanical vacuum suction sealing, and vacuum inspection into one continuous system. It creates a sealed vacuum chamber before tightening to achieve the preset vacuum level, ensuring products meet strict vacuum packaging standards.
The servo-driven tracking capping heads tighten caps precisely without damaging bottles or lids, guaranteeing consistent sealing quality.
