The ZONESUN ZS-FS220M is a high-efficiency VFFS machine designed for multi-lane liquid sachet packaging. It integrates film feeding, pouch forming, liquid filling, heat sealing, coding, and cutting into one compact system. Supporting up to 10 lanes and reaching speeds of up to 480 bags per minute, it’s ideal for high-volume production of single-use liquid sachets. The machine accommodates both volumetric cup and weigher-based dosing, ensuring precise filling across a wide range of viscosities. Its modular sealing jaws and cutting options allow for flexible pouch formats, while the integrated ribbon coding system ensures traceability and compliance.
