The ZONESUN ZS-LK61 is an automatic thermoforming machine for producing plates, trays, and containers from roll-fed plastic sheets. It integrates feeding, heating, vacuum forming with plug assist, cooling, trimming, and stacking in a fully automated line. Compatible with PVC, PET, PP, PS, PE, ABS, HIPS, and Acrylic, it features PLC touchscreen control for precise adjustment of temperature, vacuum, and cycle time. With a capacity of 200–300 molds/h, it is widely used for food packaging (fruit cups, salad trays, egg boxes, takeaway containers), electronics trays, pharmaceutical blister packs, and other industrial packaging applications.
