The ZONESUN ZS-MD200 is a bottling inspection system designed for cap, liquid level, and label verification.
Running at 50-200 bottles per minute, it integrates industrial high-resolution CCD/CMOS cameras and advanced vision algorithms to provide non-contact, real-time quality monitoring.
With multi-dimensional inspection functions, it ensures filling accuracy, sealing integrity, and label correctness, while automatically rejecting defective products.
