The ZONESUN ZS-RW2 Automatic Rolling Label Rewinding Machine is designed to efficiently rewind labels onto cores for batch labeling applications. It can be paired with additional equipment, such as a laser coding machine, to print production dates or other information during the rewinding process. This automation eliminates the need for manual label collection, saving time and ensuring neatly rolled labels for easy storage and subsequent use.

With PLC control panel,it is easy to set working parameters and control machine to run.Language of panel can be customized.

The label rolling speed can be adjusted according to production need.It can only roll in positive direction.Please contact us if you need one which can roll in positive and negative direction.

 

When working with label marking machine,the label sensor can detect labels accurately and control machine to print date.Its sensitivity can be adjusted as needed.
