The ZONESUN ZS‑WB32 is a rotary small semi‑automatic bottle washing machine designed for efficient internal and external rinsing of beverage, wine, milk, and glass bottles. Featuring 32 rinsing heads, it can process up to 2,500 bottles per hour while maintaining low energy (0.55 kW) and water consumption (~1 m³/h). Customizable bottle holders accommodate various diameters and heights (50–400 mm conveyor height), ensuring a secure fit during washing. Equipped with internal spray nozzles, external rinsing jets, and a waterproof curtain to prevent splashing, it delivers thorough cleaning with minimal waste.
