The Zonesun ZS‑XG446S Trigger Spray Cap Feeder is a high‑efficiency, precision system designed for feeding trigger spray caps onto bottles with soft dip tubes. A vibratory bowl feeder sorts and delivers caps, while a conveyor belt transports bottles into position. A pneumatic gripper picks and places each cap onto the bottle, and a straightening gripper guides the soft dip tube smoothly into the bottle opening.
