DESCRIPTION
The ZS-FS250 automatic powder sachet packing machine is a high-efficiency vertical form fill seal (VFFS) machine designed for small-volume powder packaging. It automatically completes the process of forming stick pack bags, accurately filling powder, sealing, and cutting them individually. This stick pack powder filling and sealing machine is ideal for finely powdered products such as coffee, milk powder, protein powder, and pharmaceutical powders. Widely used in the food, daily chemical, and pharmaceutical industries, it ensures clean, consistent, and high-speed packaging—up to 3000 bags per hour.

AUGER FILLING
Driven by an auger mechanism, it fills materials precisely by controlling a predetermined number of revolutions. The custom-shaped outer cylinder fits seamlessly with the auger to effectively prevent powder leakage and significantly boost filling accuracy.
SEALING STRUCTURE
Compatible with heat-sealable packaging films such as PP and PET. The sealing temperature can be effortlessly controlled via the touch screen control panel. Additionally, it offers customizable sealing options including back sealing, 3-side sealing, and 4-side sealing to suit your packaging needs.
SMART SENSOR
The high-sensitivity sensor accurately detects the color mark on the packaging film to ensure precise alignment and pattern sealing, allowing automated filling and sealing operations to run smoothly and continuously.
