Description
The ZONESUN ZS-MD120 is a high-efficiency automatic inline visual inspection system designed for PET bottles and aluminum cans. Running at up to 12,000 bottles per hour, it integrates a rejection module and multiple high-resolution cameras to provide 360° full-view inspection. The system ensures bottles, caps, fill levels, and coding are defect-free before products leave the line. With ultra-fast changeover, compact modular design, and intelligent HMI with real-time alerts, it delivers reliable, efficient, and space-saving quality control for modern beverage production lines.
