Description
The ZONESUN ZS-MD910K combines metal detection, dynamic checkweighing, automatic rejection and data copying in one continuous inline inspection system. It detects ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless-steel contaminants, checks package weight against preset limits and removes non-conforming products while qualified products continue downstream.

The independent LCD touchscreen controller provides direct adjustment of metal-detection sensitivity and inspection settings.
The inspection tunnel detects ferrous, non-ferrous and stainless-steel metal contaminants as products pass through the system.
The dynamic weighing conveyor measures each product during continuous conveying and compares the result with the preset acceptable weight range.
The push-rod reject system automatically removes products with detected metal or weight outside the preset range, allowing qualified products to continue downstream.
